See the sights you want to see in Venice on this 3-hour tour with a private, professional guide. Customized entirely on your preferences (based on the information supplied at the time of booking), the itinerary is totally flexible. See the world-famous attractions that Venice is known for, such as the Rialto Fish Market, or visit the Cannaregio Quarter and other lesser-known sights. Stop at a traditional bar for a glass of wine and a snack, and receive personalized attention from a private guide.

When booking your private tour, choose from five departure times, which range from the morning to late afternoon, and let your guide know what you want to see. Your guide will devise a flexible itinerary to suit your preferences.
On the day of your tour, meet your guide in central Venice at your selected time, then set off to explore. If you’re staying near St Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), you might choose to view some of Venice’s stunning churches, such as the Church of San Zaccaria and Santa Maria Formosa Church, before entering the bustling Rialto Fish Market to see what’s been hauled in from the Venetian lagoon.
While your guide will not be able to accompany you into churches or other historical buildings, they will be able to share interesting facts and stories with you as you wander around Venice. Toward the end of the tour, call into a traditional Venetian bar. Relax as you sip on a glass of wine and munch on an appetizer, while chatting with your private guide.
After three hours, the tour concludes at the original departure point.
Please note: St Mark’s Square, St Mark’s Basilica (Basilica of San Marco) and Doge’s Palace (Palazzo Ducale) cannot be visited on this tour. Churches may also be inaccessible on Sunday mornings when religious ceremonies are taking place.

Discover the delights of the Venetian Lagoon on this private 4-hour tour of Murano, Burano and Torcello islands in Venice. Watch skilled glassblowers at work on Murano Island. Admire pretty houses in pastel shades around Burano Island’s delightful fishing port and learn of the ancient lacemaking traditions still practised today. Explore Torcello Island and marvel at top highlights such as the 12th-century Church of Santa Fosca and the Venetian-Byzantine mosaics at the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta. This private tour ensures personalized attention from your guide.

Meet your guide at your selected start time in central Venice and board your comfortable motor boat to begin your tour. Speed across the beautiful Venetian Lagoon and take in panoramic views of the city and surrounding islands from your vantage point on the water.
First, cruise to the nearby island of Murano — famous for its attractive glassware. Explore the ancient streets and alleyways with your guide, and delve into the attractive shops and boutiques at your leisure. Head to a local glassblowing factory and watch the skilled craftspeople create beautiful works of art before your eyes.
Hop back aboard your boat and head onward to the island of Burano. Admire the island’s charming fishing port and its pretty houses painted in pastel shades, and listen as your guide talks about the centuries-old lacemaking traditions still practised today. Perhaps take the time to browse for souvenirs in the local shops you find.
The third and final stop on your tour is the island of Torcello, the earliest center of civilization in the Venetian Lagoon. Torcello was first populated by local Veneti fleeing attack from Attilla the Hun in the 5th century and today stands as one of the most tranquil of Venice’s islands. Explore at your leisure and admire island highlights such as the 12th-century Church of Santa Fosca and the Venetian-Byzantine mosaics at the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta.
After four hours exploring the islands of the Venetian Lagoon, cruise back to central Venice where your tour will come to an end.
Please note: A minimum of two people per booking is required.

Explore the most dissolute and sensual secrets of Venice with our private walking tour through the places, the stories and the characters which made Venice the city of vice and seduction.

One of the main features of Venice is surely its seductiveness. This characteristic comes not only from its romantic atmosphere but also from a more sensual side, which originates directly from its millennial history. Through the centuries, in fact, Venice has seen a great amount of famous love affairs, treacheries and debauchery, of which many people have heard about but only few know in detail.

Join this walking tour and discover these secret stories and see the hidden corners in which they took place. During the itinerary, our local guide will show you a different face of Venice and let you get in touch with the secret soul of the city telling you tales of nobles, courtesans, extravagant traditions and peculiar characters like the renowned Giacomo Casanova.

The private guided tour starts in Campo San Bartolomeo, in the surroundings of the Rialto Bridge, right under the statue of the famous Venetian playwright Carlo Goldoni, who described the moral decadence of the 18th-century Venice Republic like no one else. Then you will cross the Rialto Bridge and reach the Camerlenghi Palace, in which taxes were collected. In its gate, you will notice a very strange decoration depicting a particular detail of the female anatomy covered in flames, clearly showing how closely related sex and money were at the time! Then the guide will escort you to Campo San Giacometto. This is one of the most ancient areas of Venice, which hosts the famous Rialto Market and a place often mentioned by Giacomo Casanova in his memoires.

After visiting the Rialto Market you will stop at the Osteria “Alle Do Spade” to enjoy a tasty “cicchetto” (an appetizer of fried meat or fish) and a good glass of wine hearing the stories of libertine Venice in one of the oldest famous taverns in the city.

Then you will pass through the winding alleys of the “Castelletto” quarter, once known as the red light district of Venice, in which the prostitutes of Venice used to entertain their clients. Your itinerary will continue to the Palace of Bianca Cappello, mistress and then wife of Francesco I, Grand Duke of Florence. Right behind the Palace you will see the famous Rio Terà of Carampane, a sort of “retirement house” for prostitutes, and the Bridge of Tits, named after the peculiar view that it used to offer.

After, visit the palace in which the poet Frederick Rolfe (known as Baron Corvo) used to live his lecherous life.

The last part of the tour is dedicated to the Venetian Carnival: visiting a mask shop in the surroundings of Carlo Goldoni’s house you will listen interesting stories about the most crazy and ruthless tradition of the city.
